The box it came in was pretty much destroyed and all taped together. It’s for Christmas so I haven’t opened the packaging to check the actual product but looking through a few of the torn sections it seems to be ok. If there is a problem I’ll update my review after Christmas.
Arrived safe and sound...great to have someone to put them together. They, too, did a great job putting them together for us. Thankyou all...totally satisfied with our purchases!

I'm so happy with the quality of these chairs. I had them delivered white glove and i couldn't be more satisfied with the service. They came and put together 4 chairs in about 45 minutes taking all packing/shopping materials with them. Great service!
The seats are too tight, but they always were, and they loosen up. But the chair backs are way too loose, and they won't loosen up. I'm debating returning them and trying to find an alternative provider.
I have bought 2 separate times with Pangaea patio and the service and value has been great both times. We had an issue with the manufacturer and Pangaea jumped right in it and had it remedied right away. On my next order I reached out to Joe with a question and he helped me order the item I requested in a few minutes.

Was looking for new benches to replay our wooden benches. I looked at many web sites for a specific size bench and found exactly what I wanted from Pangaea Patio. The benches arrived in black and looks great on our porch and the benches are made to last. Will order more from Pangaea, because of the quality.

I noticed one of these picnic tables at an area restaurant and thought it would be really nice to have one in my back yard. They are a bit expensive but the one at the restaurant had been left outside in our northern Wisconsin weather for years without any noticeable deterioration and/or fading. I decided to "pull the pin" and order one.
Once ordered, I received a call from the Pangaea Patio Team about the blue color that I ordered. It seems these tables come in a wide variety of colors and she wanted to make sure my blue choice was what I intended. Nice touch for them to care enough to reach out. I changed my choice from a brighter blue to navy -- to match the trim for our Cape Cod house.
The table arrived promptly. The packing was amazing. You could tell some thought went into the packaging and shipping of these Berlin Gardens items. They are very heavy (durable) and all pieced together perfectly -- four independent quarters, the top and the hardware box. The hardware is all stainless steel.
The provided instructions were great and relatively simple. I work at a bank, but consider myself (somewhat) mechanically-inclined. The four corners went together easily -- with some drilling. The heavy top is then placed on top of the base. If the four corners are drilled properly, the top should fit fine for the holes to match up with the adjoining top/bottom. Ours was pretty good and with some "convincing pushing and pulling" all went into place. The table looks amazing.
So....all said and done....we are extremely pleased with the Pangaea Patio Team and the Berlin Gardens Octagon Picnic Table. This thing not only beautiful, but well put together and extremely high quality -- worth the price. We look forward to years of family use!
We wanted a table on our dock to match our existing Berlin Garden chairs. I went on the Pangaea Patio website but didn’t see the color combo I needed to match what we already had so I messaged their online customer service and within minutes they had my color combo listed and ready for me to order! I was very pleased at how easy the ordering process was and how helpful their customer service is. The table arrived on time as promised and in perfect condition. I will definitely use Pangaea Patio again and felt comfortable enough to recommend them to friends!
The folks at Pangaea are incredible. Best customer service we have had in years! We replaced our traditional wood-burning fire pit with the Donoma 44" gas fire pit, and we love it! The convenience of having a fire on the patio whenever we want, and stopping whenever we want, is truly a game-changer for us. We had the White Glove service construct the frame (along with our new patio chairs), but had to hire someone else to set up the propane connection as they wouldn't do that part. That took two weeks to get someone out here so it was a minor drawback, but it doesn't take away from the product. The fabric cover is great, and fairly water resistant, but wished that it came with a solid lid to cover (we ended up purchasing that separately) to ensure rain/snow doesn't seep in. Overall, the customer service and product rates 5 stars!
