Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free Standard shipping on orders over $500.
Shipping Fees
We also offer shipping at the following rates:

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Each product will have specific lead time called out based on the level of customization required. "Stocked" items will ship within ten to fourteen business days from date of purchase. Tracking information will be sent (via email address provided at checkout) within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information from us within fourteen business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@pangaeapatio.com.
Products shipped via 'freight' will be curbside delivery. It is the responsibility of Pangaea Patio to ensure delivery details are communicated. If enhanced delivery options are available, these will be discussed at the time the delivery is scheduled. Additional rates may apply for enhanced delivery options, for example 'white glove'.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
Upgraded delivery services may not be available in your area.
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
