Excellent customer service!

I noticed that a shipment was going to my old address on a Sunday. I called FedEx and they did not help me at all. I then called Pagaea Patio as a lost effort not thinking anything would be able to be done. Nina the owner called FedEx for us again and got it all sorted out in about 15 minutes on a SUNDAY! This is the type of service that has me ordering all one my patio orders from them.

Big Man Swivel Rocker

We have had commendable customer service in all aspects. The quality and craftsmanship stands for itself. These are superior in quality compared to box store patio furniture.
