Excellent customer service!

I noticed that a shipment was going to my old address on a Sunday. I called FedEx and they did not help me at all. I then called Pagaea Patio as a lost effort not thinking anything would be able to be done. Nina the owner called FedEx for us again and got it all sorted out in about 15 minutes on a SUNDAY! Big Man Swivel Rocker
