Telescope sling replacement tool
Works exactly as advertised. I tried a variety of youtube fixes, but nothing worked. This tool did it in mere seconds. Well worth the money because I have a few more chairs that will probably need sling replacements in the near future.

It was a fast and easy process the glider showed up in 3 days other than a few missing screws it was fabulous. I just went to Lowes and replace the 2.00 worth of screws missing. Over all a great experience.

I often shop online; sometimes it’s a neccesity because local businesses simply cannot stock enough color variations, etc. Several months ago I discovered Pangaea Patio while browsing for a Polywood type outdoor dining table set.
From my first inquiry, the customer service provided by Joe, Nina and Julie was outstanding! I purchased a Berlin Gardens table plus four chairs with cushions from them. Their attention to detail during my order process was exceptional! Honestly, they treated me like a friend and neighbor.
I subsequently decided to purchase a set of Polywood type rocking chairs plus a small table for my front patio, and after my 1st experience with Pangaea, naturally I searched their website 1st. I decided to buy a set that looked like what I wanted from Pangaea Patio, and I am truly happy with my purchase! I want to reiterate, that in addition to extremely fair prices, the customer service that they provide…from answering any and all questions, to providing order updates and tracking information, to following up after product delivery…Joe and Nina have figured out the formula to excellent customer service! Truly Exceptional Customer Service
We ordered a product that did not meet our expectations, and I sent a message to Pangaea Patio describing the issue. I was stunned to get a phone call less than an hour later with apologies and an offer for a refund. Based on my description of the product, which was new to Pangaea Patio, they even decided to stop selling it and removed it from their website. I was blown away by the kindness and care I was shown. It is truly rare at this point in time. I really can't say too many good things about the customer service. Thank you to the owner and staff!
