It was a fast and easy process the glider showed up in 3 days other than a few missing screws it was fabulous. I just went to Lowes and replace the 2.00 worth of screws missing. Over all a great experience.

I often shop online; sometimes it’s a neccesity because local businesses simply cannot stock enough color variations, etc. Several months ago I discovered Pangaea Patio while browsing for a Polywood type outdoor dining table set.
From my first inquiry, the customer service provided by Joe, Nina and Julie was outstanding! I purchased a Berlin Gardens table plus four chairs with cushions from them. Their attention to detail during my order process was exceptional! Honestly, they treated me like a friend and neighbor.

We purchased 10 picnic tables and a few other Berlin Gardens products to furnish a courtyard. Everything arrived on time and was well-packaged. The staff were friendly, responsive, and easy to work with, providing photos and various color options. The ordering process was quick and straightforward. The only issue we encountered was a few missing screws for one of the products. However, when we reached out to Pangaea Patio, they promptly resolved the issue and sent out the missing pieces the same day. The products are of excellent quality and look fantastic. Overall, it was a great experience.

I recently purchased the LuxCraft rocker along with a cup holder and seat cushion. I was overwhelmed by all the fabric options, so I called and spoke with Julie at Pangaea Patio. She took her time and went over all the options with me. She was even able to send over more photos of the exact color rocker I wanted. I was very impressed by her level of knowledge and exceptional customer service. The product shipped quickly and was very easy to assemble. I had a question about attaching the cup holder so I reached out to Julie again and she was able to walk me through it. I have the rocker on my front porch now and have gotten several compliments from friends and neighbors. Overall this was a great shopping experience and I will be returning for all my outdoor furniture purchases.
