I often shop online; sometimes it’s a neccesity because local businesses simply cannot stock enough color variations, etc. Several months ago I discovered Pangaea Patio while browsing for a Polywood type outdoor dining table set.
From my first inquiry, the customer service provided by Joe, Nina and Julie was outstanding! I purchased a Berlin Gardens table plus four chairs with cushions from them. Their attention to detail during my order process was exceptional! Honestly, they treated me like a friend and neighbor.
I subsequently decided to purchase a set of Polywood type rocking chairs plus a small table for my front patio, and after my 1st experience with Pangaea, naturally I searched their website 1st. I decided to buy a set that looked like what I wanted from Pangaea Patio, and I am truly happy with my purchase! I want to reiterate, that in addition to extremely fair prices, the customer service that they provide…from answering any and all questions, to providing order updates and tracking information, to following up after product delivery…Joe and Nina have figured out the formula to excellent customer service!
