I noticed that a shipment was going to my old address on a Sunday. I called FedEx and they did not help me at all. I then called Pagaea Patio as a lost effort not thinking anything would be able to be done. Nina the owner called FedEx for us again and got it all sorted out in about 15 minutes on a SUNDAY! This is the type of service that has me ordering all one my patio orders from them.

Exactly what I wanted! I needed very specific dimensions. Chatted with Joe and he was answered all my crazy questions. Online chat was quick to answer. I needed delivery at a certain time. All requests were accommodated. The chairs were easy to assemble. I ordered the Sand color and they are perfect! Don’t hesitate to order from Pangaea Patio.

We have had commendable customer service in all aspects. The quality and craftsmanship stands for itself. These are superior in quality compared to box store patio furniture. We chose the big man chairs for the extra room to be able sit on or to cross our legs and have throw pillows without feeling crowded.

I'm so happy with the quality of these chairs. I had them delivered white glove and i couldn't be more satisfied with the service. They came and put together 4 chairs in about 45 minutes taking all packing/shopping materials with them. Great service!

Was looking for new benches to replay our wooden benches. I looked at many web sites for a specific size bench and found exactly what I wanted from Pangaea Patio. The benches arrived in black and looks great on our porch and the benches are made to last. Will order more from Pangaea, because of the quality.
