I'm so happy with the quality of these chairs. I had them delivered white glove and i couldn't be more satisfied with the service. They came and put together 4 chairs in about 45 minutes taking all packing/shopping materials with them. Great service!

Was looking for new benches to replay our wooden benches. I looked at many web sites for a specific size bench and found exactly what I wanted from Pangaea Patio. Comfo-Back Counter Chair

Fit is perfect, color will hide any dirt and quality is exceptional

I noticed one of these picnic tables at an area restaurant and thought it would be really nice to have one in my back yard. They are a bit expensive but the one at the restaurant had been left outside in our northern Wisconsin weather for years without any noticeable deterioration and/or fading. I decided to "pull the pin" and order one.
Once ordered, I received a call from the Pangaea Patio Team about the blue color that I ordered. It seems these tables come in a wide variety of colors and she wanted to make sure my blue choice was what I intended. Nice touch for them to care enough to reach out. I changed my choice from a brighter blue to navy -- to match the trim for our Cape Cod house.
The table arrived promptly. The packing was amazing. You could tell some thought went into the packaging and shipping of these Berlin Gardens items. They are very heavy (durable) and all pieced together perfectly -- four independent quarters, the top and the hardware box. The hardware is all stainless steel.

The provided instructions were great and relatively simple. I work at a bank, but consider myself (somewhat) mechanically-inclined. The four corners went together easily -- with some drilling. The heavy top is then placed on top of the base. If the four corners are drilled properly, the top should fit fine for the holes to match up with the adjoining top/bottom. Ours was pretty good and with some "convincing pushing and pulling" all went into place. The table looks amazing.
So....all said and done....we are extremely pleased with the Pangaea Patio Team and the Berlin Gardens Octagon Picnic Table. This thing not only beautiful, but well put together and extremely high quality -- worth the price. We look forward to years of family use!
